Inside This Challenge
This challenge helps participants design habits that are easier to start, repeat, and recover from. Each day focuses on one part of habit architecture, including choosing the right habit, reducing friction, creating cues, shaping the environment, tracking progress, planning rewards, and building recovery rules.
By the end, participants will have a habit blueprint, a tested routine, a tracking system, a recovery plan, and a 30-day continuation plan for making the habit more sustainable.
