Inside This Challenge
This challenge helps participants rebuild deep work in a realistic way. Each day focuses on one part of attention and execution, including identifying distractions, choosing meaningful work, designing focus blocks, preparing the environment, handling interruptions, tracking focus, and building a sustainable deep work rhythm.
By the end, participants will have a deep work system with focus block rules, distraction controls, task preparation steps, recovery rules, weekly scheduling, and a 30-day continuation plan.
