This challenge helps participants reset energy and focus through practical daily actions. Each step focuses on one part of the system, including energy awareness, focus triggers, sleep support, breaks, distractions, planning, work blocks, recovery, digital boundaries, environment setup, and weekly reviews.
By the end, participants will have an energy and focus dashboard, daily focus rhythm, distraction plan, recovery menu, low-energy workflow, weekly review ritual, and 90-day maintenance plan.
