Inside This Challenge
This challenge helps participants build a practical wellness routine that fits real life. Each day focuses on one small part of wellness, including current habits, energy patterns, movement, meals, hydration, sleep support, stress triggers, recovery, environment, and weekly review.
By the end, participants will have a personal wellness dashboard, simple daily routine, low-energy plan, weekly check-in ritual, recovery rules, and a 30-day continuation plan for maintaining healthier routines without overwhelm.
