Inside This Challenge
This challenge helps participants practice one skill with more structure instead of relying on random effort. Each day focuses on one part of skill improvement, including choosing the skill, defining the target level, breaking it into subskills, creating drills, practicing with constraints, reviewing mistakes, and building a continuation plan.
By the end, participants will have a practical skill practice system, a progress tracker, a small body of practice output, a clearer feedback loop, and a 30-day continuation plan for improving beyond the challenge.
